using a docomo f-05d on att or straight talk in us?
So, I've posted here before, asking if I could use the f-05d on t-mo and found out that no one's had luck with it due to the bands that they use. I see that many use their phones on at&t and are able to get 3g coverage, correct?
The phone I am really looking forward to getting if I can figure everything out, is the fujitsu f-05d.
Now, I was planning on hopping aboard the AT&T boat, but on prepaid, with no data (I could just use wifi at my house, or other places with a hotspot instead) but then I found straight talk, which some people complain about the data limits being not set in stone, etc, and things like that. However, I wouldnt use data too much, mostly for emails, etc. They work off of different carriers and have a BYOD thing going on, where I can pick either an ATT or t-mo sim card(or micro sim), and those who get the ATT sim get post paid coverage from what I read. So, since they work off of ATT, using straight talk should work for the f-05d if I get an ATT sim card from them? Has anyone else used any other carrier besides ATT for a docomo phone and gotten more than just 2g?
