Interesting subject. Mine is quite simple, I add basic VM/CID for $7 on top of the Superplan and they give me $15 monthly credit.
    Regards,

I got offered the following after 3 calls to retention...

    6GB Super Plan plus:
    $7 VM/Caller ID
    100 bonus minutes
    Free unlimited incoming
    $10 monthly credit

    $57 plus tax

    I haven't accepted yet though.

What did you say to get them to offer incoming Calls?

Bell offers unlimited incoming out west with this plan. Koodo's plan has unlimited incoming as well.

I am trying to make them match a Telus Small Business Plan, so I got connected to business retention. They seem to be easier to talk with than consumer retention.

I've noticed though that they would rather add features than lower the monthly plan amount. The ones getting a $15 monthly credit are lucky.

^ARPU. Hence the reason for higher monthly cost. More margin to throw in stuff too

$15 credit is about the best deal I've seen. I can't get them to stack my extra $10 credit. I'm basically on a similar plan but with $60 1GB with $15 + $10 credits.

I was on one call where the rep said he would be able to just swap out my 1GB for 6GB, but it turns out I'd end up losing my credits. So no go.

If you had to pick your battle, I would say go for free incoming. Bonus minutes, from my experience, can be added relatively easy, later on, especially if your usage start bumping up to the limit. And $10 discount off of the $12.79 VP seems to be fairly commonly given.

My contract ends in October. So, if I accept the retention offer and do not do a hardware upgrade, that means my cancellation fee will only be $12.xx effective upon accepting the offer?

Does anyone know if this plan is compatible with adding long distance minutes?

I've read a while back that someone has the My10 feature and the rep cannot add long distance.

They can. Some people have been able to retain their existing LD minutes.

After 4 calls to retention, I finally accepted their offer (3 yr contract):

    6GB Super Plan
    100 bonus minutes
    $7 caller ID/ mini voicemail
    Free unlimited incoming
    $5 1000 LD mins
    $15 credit

    $57 plus taxes

    I'm definitely satisfied with this.
