Some questions after ordering a phone from the tmobile site.
So I ordered a blaze a few hours ago, I was thinking about getting a used s2, but I'd like to have a manufacturers warranty. I'm going to keep this phone for a year or so, and save up for a new s3.
Here my questions.
I placed the order a few hours ago, and it said thank you for ordering we're processing your order blah blah blah. I never received an email confirming my order. I'm used to getting one from amazon and most other sites, do they usually send an order confirmation? It's odd if they don't. My credit card company called me minutes after the order to make sure I placed the order, I confirmed I did and they said they will process it no problem. Will I receive and email when they ship it? I've never been a tmobile customer or ordered anything from them, so I don't know how it works.
I'm assuming my order will ship today, since it was around noon when I placed the order. Not a big deal if it doesn't, I chose the free shipping 2-4 days.
