Anyone using Samsung S3 on Koodo?

I'm trying hard to source a S3 to unlock for the $60 plan. Would there be others who have gone this route and confirmed LTE is rockin?

Any gotchas one should beware of?

    Thanks,

Can you post your location? Not all areas have LTE right now.

Well I live in outskirts in Brampton/Caledon which is hit or miss. Just driving around the GTA (Mississaugua, Vaughan, Markham, downtown Toronto) I'm on LTE most of the time.

I know ppl have had issues with apn settings in one of the other threads... Might want to check that out. I have had no such issue.

I'm using an HTC One X and pick up LTE as well. I just signed up for koodo the other day though and when driving from Markham to Mississauga there were quite a few areas that had LTE, most had weak signal though, but not sure if that's just me.

Actually the only way to unlock the I747M (GS3 that works with Rogers, Bell and Telus) is by buying an unlock key online. The rooting products process does not unlock and there are no apps out yet like the one that works with GS3 and GS2.

I'm on Koodo using the i9300 international version I bought while on holiday. No LTE obviously, but it works well.
