Any idea how fast the uncapped AT&T speeds are?

I have found that the speeds on Net10's byop program are capped to speeds no more that 7.5mbps. I have tested this throughly over about a month running multiple speed tests in different locations at deferent times. The peak speeds have always been between 7.2 to 7.46mbps. When running a speedtest the speeds will jump up to around 8.5 at first then back down to mid 7s which is plenty fast. I have been right next to a tower been in different locations late at night all the same results. I don't know if this applies everywhere but at least it does in Greensboro NC to Raleigh and everywhere in between. I'm not saying this is slow or a deal breaker because it isn't it's just something to keep in mind.

Yeah same areas with post paid AT&T are 10 to 12mbps unfortunately I didn't have someone with me at all times to test everywhere. But at 2am in a spot where I was postpaid getting 9 to 12mbps I got the same below 7.5mbps result. What's odd is the results were all .02mbps off from one another even using different servers like 7.24mbps vs 7.26mbps over 3 test.

On my internationl GNote I get 4 to 8 Mbps where I live with Net10 and when I use my ATT IPad sim with the same phone within a minute I get the exact same. Pages on Net10 seem to load a little slower though. Page will load about 3/4 and the hesitate for about a second and then finish loading. I see the same when I use the ST APN too.
Well again it may just be my area next time my bud is with me I'll do it again and take pics of the results. I tested multiple servers for the best latency and speeds and the results were the post paid at&t phone on hspa+ got faster speeds than my phone and mine will never see above 7.5mbps. One of the towers was about 13miles from where I live and doesn't cover a city mainly the highway and I was literally within 1/4 mile from it at 2am and still never saw above 7.5mbps. When I had post paid same spot same phone around the same time I saw my highest test of 13.4mbps with the lowest of around 9.5. I know there's alot of factors weighing on the results but the consistency can't be ignored.

OP, this is correct. ST and NET10 don't get the optimized routing and thus have slower speeds and higher pings. Our data goes through AT&T servers in Chicago or Atlanta and that adds latency. 4G phones on AT&T use the 'pta' APN, which we don't have access to, that gives them more optimal routing and thus faster data speeds.
