I sent H2O two emails last week asking them if these were Apple refurbished 3GS phones or seller refurbished and what warranty do they come with..no reply to either email. Also asked if these were unlocked..anyone know? Their c/s service appears to be pretty bad..even their chat did not work.

H2O is completely off my list of possibles. Hands down the worst c/s, emails to corporate (all different addys) and NOT one reply to my questions on the iPhone 3GS listed on the site.

Heed the warning above. I've used nearly every MVNO and H2O is by far the worst when it comes to customer service, and the bar is pretty low when it comes to prepaid customer service.

I understand that H20 is horrible. i was more interested in the iphone with a free month of service, then taking the iphone to Airvoice on my 10/250 plan.

There is physical H2O store near me. When you can walk into a place and talk to a real person it can make a difference-sometimes.

If anyone wants to know my sister just got her Iphone today, not one single dent or mark, now for the bad there was no 50 airtime card, I was on the phone for over an hour and customer service was well rude as he'll and after about 20 minutes later they finally gave me the pin. Now after 3 hours of use the Iphone touch screen was not responding to touch, now I need to rma let's hope h20 takes care of this.
