Hello Guys, I been with ST since april I have noticed last month before my due date. i received the famous voice call of exceed data usage. I have noticed a poor and ****** connection with my internet is att throttle the usage now. I believe I had exceed 4gb that was based on my data meter on my iphone.

Submit a Facebook support ticket and just say simply that my connection is only downloading at 15Kb/sec and you think that you are throttled. Works for me every time.
