Web browsing doesn't work on phone

I get this when I visit a site on my LG Bliss:

Error: requested content '<webaddress>' cannot be resolved

I first saw it on friday.... I called VM support and they don't know how to fix it except to suggest to reset the phone to the factory settings.

I can access VM Members Lounge and m.facebook.com

What I've tried: reset browser settings, cleared the cache, reset the phone number

Browser info: Teleca Browser - Q7.0-1.6

Anyone getting this?

Or it says 'Error: requested content '<webaddress>' cannot be accessed. Denied.
