iPhone 4: Lines on screen--but not all the time. Help, please.

So I replaced the screen on my iPhone 4. Now there are lines going across the screen. It's not dead pixels it's just kind of a variation of color. For instance, looking in the grass on a town app, I may see lines of a darker green. If I'm on my home screen, I can see the darker lines in the background. But if I move to the next screen where there are only a few blocks, there are only lines behind the blocks. If I open Facebook, there are only lines in the middle where it says "facebook". Is there any way to fix it (without tearing the whole darn thing apart to replace the screen again)? Let me know what you think. Any answers or suggestions are much appreciated.

Try to restore the iPhone first. If it is not work, Take the iPhone to apple store is the best suggestion.
