why don't you try re-installing each app so that you can find which are the annoying apps?

There are several annoying Apps that I do NOT want to delete, but I also DO NOT want them being ON every time I start my Droid X2. I only want to see them running when I am actually using them.
Is there an App Manager that will allow me to keep these Apps toggled off until I actually open them, and then shut them down when I go to the home screen?
I already use an App Killer to kill these annoying apps, but when my phone turns back on due to a call/text etc, or I turn it on, they are there again.
Any help is appreciated...

The best app to control startup behavior is Gemini App Manager. Not just to control autostart at boot, but for any other event that can trigger apps to start. You need a rooted phone to make it work.

you need to root your device to do that. it's the only way. then install an app such as
