I am intrigued by the cheap unlimited plans, but the online reviews of Boost and Virgin are scaring me away.
Most people are saying they had issues with porting numbers, text messages never being delivered or being delivered late, minutes not being applied correctly and non-existent customer service.

I am in a very populated area with towers everywhere, and my friends who use Sprint say they have no issues. Am I being paranoid or are Boost and Virgin substandard service compared to Sprint? I would sure like to save the money, but I use my phone for business, so I need a reliable service.
