This is a good move by att with four and a half years warning being plenty of time in my opinion. I'll miss my old phones but look forward to new technology etc
Wayyyyy off topic....and frankly none of your buisness. I've already explained how easy it is to google. Don't get nasty because you are wrong according to your own post
You called me out on something that wasn't true so I corrected.
And obviously you didn't read right because I said they are doing it better this time around (not forcing you off your plans)

AT&T (then Cingular), did not allow AT&T Blue TDMA customers to keep their plans, and charged a junk "legacy fee" before shutdown. This was bad and unfair...This what I said, and its true, as confirmed by yourself, several years back. No matter how hard you try to derail.
....Moving on:
This time, AT&T is allowing users to keep their 2G plans, selling compatible and similar equipment. This is fair. I give AT&T points now, they seem better about grandfathering, and more than Verizon (no forcing new users to only have "share plans).
Nowadays I feel like att has been treating me much better than vz so I def agree with that
Hum, better get started planning your move, you don't wanna wait for the last minute do ya?
