Straight Talk in the NY/NJ Metro area?

Does anyone have Straight Talk in the NY/NJ Metro area? I just want to know how the call qualities are. I'm researching to see if it's worth switching over to.

Straight talk in the metro area in NY and NJ is excellent. Makes sense seeing its the AT&T network.

I bought ATT compatible sim and founded that ATT is very awful in NYC - call drops, very often 3g<->EDGE switches.
Now I'm using T-mobile compatible SIM card with Nexus and it's much better.

I agree. I had the nexus with att sim, fine around jersey shore area, but inside my office in nyc there were certain times of the day (mostly mid-day) where the service was terrible, missed calls, unable to place calls, no data access. Maybe i shoud've tried tmobile sim, but instead opted for the proclaim on verizon which has been great. But the nexus was a pretty sweet phone.

Monmouth County using AT&T SIM & I have great coverage - better than I had with Verizon.
