    Not able to activate online?

    Anyone else try to activate online and always get "an error occurred"

    Have you tried it on a Computer with a different browser?

    That error is quite common with online activation. I've seen that same message many times for lines that I've setup for myself and for friends. In every case, it was a probelm on Wind's end. Sometimes, Wind's online activation will return the same type of error message when trying to activate specific price plans but will be fine with others. Try again tommorow or just activate by calling customer service.

    Never been successful activating online. Just call in and activate, took just a couple minutes.
