    Lightbulb Online Phone Number Changes

Is there a website where I can obtain a new page plus phone number (not esn change, simply a new number) for free? I know [dealers] charge $20 to do this 24/7 and I know you can call in to do this for free, but I'm looking for an online method to get this done promptly and often (Have over 30 phones that we change numbers on depending on our work location for that month)

There was a dealer website that used to have this tool, but it wasn't working the last time I tried it. You could try it. It is the pageplusdealer listed at http://www.howardforums.com/showthre...-Dealers-lt-lt . Otherwise, you could make the requests via PPC's online CSR chat, available through the online account portal.

Use the online chat feature at page plus to change your number. Its free and it will take less then 5 minutes. All you needs is the ESN of your phone and the Zip code of where you want to use the new number.

I have done this a few times before and the process was quick. The online CSR chat feature is great.

I was able to get a dealer account pretty easily so now I can do it on my own 24/7 for free.

I don't believe you can do things on PPC's dealer portal 24/7, because the systems go offline for an hour or more every night.

    this is correct.
No dealer or even PP customer service (if they were open during the down period) can do modifications to customer accounts 24/7 due to the fact that their system shuts down every night for a few hours.
