A buddy of mine said his said the dates on the rebate for were incorrect. He sent in the rebate form that came in the box when he received it. I told him to contact US Cellular custom servic and have them clear things up.
I pre-ordered so my dates were incorrect as well to the rebate. Received the notice in the mail and called the number, they cleared it and processed my rebate. Nice person on the phone to deal with this minor frustration.

The people who process these rebates aren't USCC employees. They are generally outsourced to another company.
Didn't get a reply to the email but called the number on the notice and apparently they got it sorted.
