Recently signed up via customer service for two Samsung s3. Virgin Mobile rep was extremely helpful even got the $10.00 bundle voice mail plan for $5.00
My issue is that I was charged $35. 00 activation fee for both lines. Want expecting this charge.
If it's a current promotion that you're supposed to get, just call Bell and they will be credited. I know when I signed up during a free activation period and I was charged the activation fee and when I called they said they would credit me next month.
We do have an activation fee on some plans, but if you have a promotion on your agreement we can definitely take a look. Give us a shout at 611 and we'll check it out!
