    Unlock Samsung Galaxy S3

    I bought outright a Samsung Galaxy S3 (prepaid) from SaskTel assuming I could unlock it. I travel extensively in the US, and also have an AT&T phone number which I use there. I planned to unlock this phone and put in the AT&T SIM, but when I do that I just get "No SIM Card. Emergency calls only" and no way to enter an unlock code. Is it not possible to unlock this phone, or what? Has anyone had anyluck unlocking the SaskTel version of this phone?
