Galaxy Nexus on the $50?

I have a 3 week old Galaxy Nexus purchased from the Google Play Store. I love the phone, and I'm using it on Straight Talk (1st- Bravo, 2nd-Atrix, 3rd-Atrix, 4th, GNEX). I was OK with the service since I started in February, but the shady TOS and disagreeable company representatives have turned me off. One person out of many I spoke with actually helped-- I would hope so, there were 4 different complaints on her desk from different Govt. depts. I had filed a compliant with the FCC, the result being a full reimbursement of service (3 months). My phones have acted strangely, with service drops, random signal issues, and speed drops (and SIM issues, with provisioning, network access, etc.). On an AT&T postpaid (contracted friend) SIM, with the same phones, there is no problem... Hence, I'm wishing to switch to GoPhone at the end of the month. Customer service should be marginally better, with a multitude of brick and mortar stores available to help, if needed.
1. Will this work with "unlimited" data?
2. I understand that there is a speed cap on goPhone- what is it?
3. There is a limit on data usage, I'm assuning- what is that?
4. I live in an area with no T-Mobile, just VZW, AT&T, and sprint. What are the goPhone roaming agreements in place with other GSM carriers (not VZW or Sprint)?
5. I also know that this plan isn't for smartphones... how long until they find me?

I searched the forums first- there just haven't been any recent reports, AFAIK. So, and help would be appreciated! Sorry for a long/ jumbled post... a lack of caffeine has left me tired and clumsy.

Galaxy Nexus from Play Store or eBay Japan stock DOES NOT WORK with unlimited data. It happened around a month ago.

2. I understand that there is a speed cap on goPhone- what is it?
As far as I know and experienced, there's not a solid speed cap you just have lower priority than postpaid customer.

3. There is a limit on data usage, I'm assuning- what is that?
People have used up to 15-20GB with no problem.

Thanks. So, the data wouldnt work, period. No point in switching then! I wonder why they found out.....

Do they do the same imei sweeps on post paid as pre paid? I haven't received a text from att about any kind of data plan. I am using Media Net....
