Have to give Airvoice credit for resolving my issue. I originally was assigned a non-local number because they did not offer service in my area. After issues with one of the CS reps getting rude with me when i wanted to port a local number in, I took the issue to the CEO, who emailed me back directly, and had one of his assistants personally contact me, find me a local number, and took the time to resolve my issue completely (including getting MMS working on my phone). I have to say I am impressed with their detail to make a $10/250 min customer happy. For someone who has nightmare stories with another carrier, please consider Airvoice, who does pride themselves on good CS, and they are United States reps!!!.
Good for you. A heartening CSR story.
Air Voice in general does a good overall job on their CSR quality. I'm sure every batch has its bad apples (like the dumb*** who gave you attitude. I'm sure s/he got **** from the CEO about it after the fact...)
The main problem I have with them is that they are only open six days a week and have east coast hours. Other then that, they have some of the best overall CS quality in the entire prepaid wireless industry. They are definitely the Att mvno with the best cs right now. Jolt has mediocre 24 hour (outsourced ) cs as does Att gophone. Red Pocket and H20 are jokes.
AirVoice has about the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with!
Air Voice has consistent cs quality. I've tested them numerous times. A little detached sometimes but always polite and professional.
