I recently bought this phone locally brand new. I've been playing with it for a week or so. It's running 4.0.4. I haven't messed around with getting 4.1 on it because I just really haven't had the time, but you can do it.

It comes with the box, unopened headphones, data cable, and ac charger. I will also include the frosted TPU case I'm using on it.
