Maybe Rogers doesn't allow roaming onto the Bell network? I assume you have a Rogers SIM in your Rogers iPhone 4S and try to roam on Bell, yes?

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideal why Rogers Iphone 4s does not work off a Bell 3G+HSPA tower. My friend has an Bell Iphone 4s which works fine and my other friend has a Rogers Black berry 9700 Bold that works fine of the Bell 3G+HSPA tower.

Well this is really a question for Rogers then to see whether they allow roaming on that particular line of service.
I'm gonna go ahead and move this to the Rogers forum, since this seems to be a business/policy issue rather than an Apple hardware or software issue.
PS: You might want to try and swap SIM cards between the iPhone and the BB and see what happens.
Rogers does not have any roaming agreements to roam on the Bell HSPA network.
A Rogers SIM will NOT connect to a Bell tower except for 911 purposes...and vice versa.
Do you get charged for roaming on bell on the blackberry.........
So does this mean I can roam on Rogers with my Bell SIM![]()
