Pretty sure they won this same award last time as well. Wow T-Mobile is lagging.

That's a nice talking point for Sprint, though I never put much stock in the JD Powers, CR, etc. stuff.

Until a company can claim customer satisfaction on the same level Apple does, they really don't have much to write home about.

It was just 3-4 yrs ago Sprint was where T-Mobile is now in regards to customer service each year. Prior there was no shortage of people proclaiming how poor Sprint was. This illustrates they have made positive changes and improved.

Impressive, but with the extremely narrow gap between first and last place it makes me wonder if there is really all that much of a difference between #1 and #4.

I think they are right this time. Sprints overall service has gone from mediocre to decent to fabulous over the last year or so. In store service has improved as well And overall network performance has greatly improved.

T-Mobile's customer service has gone downhill. For me personally its been hit or miss when calling for help. A lot of their service is outsourced now overseas and they have much more resistance in wanting to help resolve issues.

Sprint had completely turned around and greatly improved their customer service.

According to the input here there is! I was new to Sprint coming from T-Mobile back then. I have had great experiences with Sprint's customer service over the phone, online, and in store. Maybe alot of it could be attributed to company morale?

Yeah there have been more praises and a lot less complaints on here. That's for sure.

Id sure love to know where those improvements are because I havent seen them. If anything its gotten worse. Sprint is a lot more resistant to actually helping customers out than they used to be and use the fact that youre locked into a contract to give you the middle finger on pretty much any issue.
