Sharp SH-01D sim card full alert

Hi, this phone is not too stable with our system. At first when I got new SMS, it prompts I have to delete some messages, which I did removed a lot of them and only a few is left behind. But now whenever I unlock the phone, it vibrates and promts that the "SIM card is full on messages", but when I check the sim, its empty. And the phone sometimes freezes or reboots itself too. So disappointing. Please help.

This is a problem with your SIM card, not your phone. I heard that older Rogers SIMs don't work well with newer Docomo phones, so I'd suggest going to your Rogers dealer and getting a replacement SIM card (they're very cheap).

I'm using this same phone, also on Rogers, and I've never had any problems with it. I did get occasional freezing that needed a reboot, but things like that can happen to pretty much all phones once in a while.
