Why yes, that is a bag phone
It is POSSIBLE, but you do it at your own peril, some have flashed phones with no problem, others have had lots of problems. It involves buying a donor phone from ST that's on the Verizon network and flashing the ESN to your phone. If you are caught, they'll terminate your account. But some claim to have been doing it for months or longer. Search for threads on flashing in the ST forum.
Radiation is good
perhaps consider PagePlus Cellular? They allow BYOD and a lot of their users were former vzw customers that brought over their vzw phones :-)
