Hi everybody,

I used to be quite happy with my moto and Opera Mini 4 and Picomail 2.3. Then I tried to upgrade to the most recent Opera Mini 4.4 and Picomail 3.0 - which was a stupic idea, never change a running system.

Several times I deleted both apps (used the system's "delete all apps" option as well) and reinstalled them - whenever I try to launch Opera Mini, it will crash with "application error", Picomail will launch, but crash when I try to receive messages.

What can I do? - I guess there must be some annoying file on the phone. I've moto4lin available - can I do something using that?

BTW.: How can I find out which firmware is on the phone? - I found this file:
TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.58R_LP0039_JPJAVA_G_0B_TRIPLET_08 _01R_SE7400AXXXX1C9_1FF.shx
and I guess this is the latest available firmware. Is it true I cannot flash it with a linux or Mac machine, but do need a windows box for that?

I'd be grateful if somebody could answer some of my questions.
