Verizon data only: any problems?

Has anyone got in trouble for tethering on the Verizon phones? ex: getting kicked off, data shut off?

Has anyone been throttled down lower than normal speeds on the Verizon phones?

This only pertains to the LG Zip and Samsung Proclaim (the 2 verizon phones at the time of this post).

I have Verizon now, and live in a 3G only market, so I am wanting to see how this is working out. Rumor is you are allotted 4GB/billing cycle on Verizon's network.

Please keep problems with Sprint/AT&T/T-Mobile networks in one of the other threads, thanks.

a rumor is a rumor, unless it has a last name of willis. they will cut your water off when it suits them.
