HTC Evo 3d. I have 2 prl files, but Im stuck on how to get g3 internet.

I have unlocked my htc evo 3d, and I have qtsp and cdma workshop. I have no trouble uploading .prl files.
Im using pageplus and its the internet speed that is very aggravating . one bar or 4 its a solid 15 kb/sec download speed.

I have one prl file that is named pageplus.prl which is 51765 . it lets me use phone text and 1x internet.
I have another prl file that supposed to be newer and its just named 00002.prl. the phone works and it even says 3g at the top but no internet.

I USE my phone for internet so I dont want to wreck any settings?

What should I modify to make the internet work with the 2nd prl file? I was trying to read instructions on another page but I figured I would ask the board to send me to the best walk thru as If i screw up I wont have the internet at all.

If you need any more info about my phone let me know , Im still new at this.

What Im really asking is . What is it about the 2nd prl file that allows it to have phone / texting but no internet?

I just want to edit whatever it needs to make me get internet with 3g speeds?
