Inq cloud touch help!! Stuck on boot screen!! Please

Ive had this phone for a couple months now it has never done me wrong except for the camera seeing that it could have been a little better, anyways the problem is this, after downloading a game (can't remember which one exactly as this happened over a week ago), it froze and now the only way to turn it off is to pull the battery. when I press the power button it turns on as normal but when the loading circle part comes up on the screen nothing happens, it stays on the loop forever... tried leaving it to see if it would load and it was on all night... please if anybody knows of anyway to fix this please help me.... I do not have a data cable is there anyway to reset the phone or even force it to boot???

Try a soft reset by removing your battery and holding the power button for a minute and then replace the battery. This will remove the static charge in the device. Try to boot up. Remove your SD card and try to boot up your device. If the above steps don’t work, you can enter recovery by powering your device off and then powering it back on while keeping either the ‘Volume Down’ or the ‘Volume-Up’ button pressed, depending on the device. This will enter the boot loader from where you can select the ‘RECOVERY’ option by navigating to it with the Volume key and entering it with the ‘Power’ key. Mostly after recovery your phone will work. If everything fails do a hard factory reset by connecting your phone to computer using USB. If you are still under warranty and if you haven’t rooted your phone, get it back to your service provider. They will replace you with a new phone.
