If I own an android phone on Prepaid without a data plan, are there any restrictions with using the internet? ex: can I still browse Flash sites? install apps/browsers? use youtube, listen to internet radio, etc.? Is it still 10cents per page view watching a video?
Edit: I have no clue which is why I ask.... + im interested in the LG Eclypse or HTC Desire C
