If you have the dropped call and data loss issue, be sure to email the social team!! They are working with Samsung for a fix and gathering information.

Samsung makes good phones, I'm sorry you had a bad experience but they are far from the junk you describe them to be. I have a Galaxy Nexus now, and a Galaxy Note before that, and have had several Samsung phones, they have been excellent for me. They are now the number one phone maker in the world, you don't get to that point by making all junk.

I'm with kickinkz, never have had any luck with Samsung. Signal strength on them is lousy and build quality is cheap.
MOTOROLA Still #1 in reception and call clarity.
Where did I say they were junk? I'm thinking it's more along the lines of either a software issue or a problem with USCC. At any rate, they need to start correcting these problems. Just because they are the #1 phone maker in the world doesn't mean that they aren't immune to any type of issues...and the dropped/missed call issue seems to be a big one.
Let me simplify your research. Everyone is. The people that notice more are ones that went from an electrify to an s 3. The guy who went from a chrono to and s3 probably wont notice or will be talked out of his issue buy saying smart phones have different " something" you add in the reason.
hardees rules.
