Galaxy Nexus sending out SMS hours after I send them. Delay text messages

Hey guys,

I have a samsung Galaxy Nexus on Tmobile using the tzones plan with 1000 minutes and unlimited texting.
Rooted with AOKP

ANyways, I've never had an issue with this before. Everyone keeps receiving my text messages hours after I send them. It gets delayed from 1 - 6 hours??? What in the world? WHy is this? Is anyone else having this problem? I didnt change anything about my phone in the past 5 months so I dont know why its happening now. Thanks so much.

When you're running a custom rom, it's always going to be difficult to track down what the issue is. However you may want to try calling T-Mobile support first, since delays in text messages are very rarely due to the phone, and typically due to the network. If the problem persists, you should probably make a nandroid backup, and try installing a rooted stock rom and see if that helps.
