One of my employees is on the UT&T plan and only makes domestic calls and texts. He has 100 MB of data but none has been used. Still, his cash balance is slowly going down. I monitor his usage and only see domestic incoming and outgoing calls.
I know that he has been in an area of West Virginia where VZW roams. It looks like a two-minute call burned up five bucks!
So maybe that's what's happening. Although the post balance is actually (I think) 1.95 like the pre balance of the following call shows. I assume that the $2.50/min. roaming charge doesn't show up immediately. He might also be making calls to 411, but wouldn't those show up on his call records?
Just want to confirm that roaming charges don't appear on the call records although I am aware that there's an indicator on the handset.
