Well I guess it could be a MediaTek MTK6575, which seems to be the most popular chip on Chinese phones. But I wouldn't know if it has LTE support (probably not).

I think you have those mixed up a bit n4tzy, Snapdragon on LG and hummingbird/snapdragon on Samsung. The hummingbird is samsung's SoC although it has been renamed to the Exynos 3 Series.
