Yeah, I'm skeptical but Blackberries and IOS devices were able to achieve excellent performance with "smaller" processors. Everyone can understand that some cars with 3.2L 4-cylinder motors can run just as fast as other cars with 3.5L 6-cylinder motors. So, to a layperson like me, it's not so unbelievable for a 1Ghz to run as fast as a 1.2Ghz.
I just want to know whether it's true before I repeat such a claim to my customers.
well vehicle engines compared to cpu from such devices not the same thing remember also we are comparing a single core to a dual core which i will add is 2mhz faster and dual core. and i would take into consideration but since we are comparing cpu to just 1 operation system that being android if theres 1 factor that does affect certain factors in comparison that would be the cpu.Also for alot of naive people multiple core cpu means the device can run more efficient and lag less really great for multi-tasking and process hogging games and apps.
