It is unlocked, under search for networks I get windhome and wind away, tried to register with wind home, no luck.

Stop confusing the man. First off, what network did the phone come from? If it came from Telus or T-Mobile your issue should be fixable. It came from any other carrier your screwed.

He asked for Samsung S2 and that phone is 10000000% will not work on WIND

now the S2X is a totally different phone and that one will work on WIND if it is unlocked and it came from T-Mobile/Telus

so S2 will NOT Work

S2x will work but under the conditions above!

Sorry, but you're wrong. They're all variant models of the same phone. Also, if you want to go the pedantic route, the Galaxy S II X specifically refers to the Telus version only, not T-Mobile's.

how the hell am I wrong when the OP himself said S2 .... S2 is something and the S2x is totally something else ... they are not the same phone ... just because they are called S2 and S2x doesn't make them the same!

I know I am right ... the OP asked for the S2 which is the i9100 which is sold by Bell ... wiwi8ante is talking about the Telus S2x which is a totally different phone yet he came attacking me telling me that I am confusing the OP and how the 2 phones are the same ... ???!!! :S
