    Wind to non-Wind area

Wind to Wind calls are unlimited but how much do Wind to non-Wind calls cost?
The same as from a Wind-away area?

The only way that ever applies is with Pay Your Way.
And even then you have to pay for WIND to WIND calls.

All monthly plans (pay before and pay after) include calling to and from any carrier in Canada.

With Pay Your Way, minutes cost 20 cents a min anywhere in Canada/US. (including on WINDs network)

    Hope that helps.
    Nevermind Bell.. LTE is fine.

If you're driving is 'local' where you physically are or is it always your registered city?

Wind has offered a plan in the past (that was not Pay Your Way) that did not include unlimited calling. If someone is on that plan, the customer will be billed the overage rate of $0.10/minute if going over monthly alotment of 100 non-wind-to-wind airtiime minutes.

Bjlockie are you on the old Chat plan?

Yep, when driving from city to city. Your local calling zone will change depending on where you physically are.

    This will help:

Calling TO a non-wind area is meaningless. The outgoing "local" area does NOT correspond to Wind coverage. Check your service plan to determine what your "local area" consists of -- either localcity, province, country, or continent. Calling to outside of your local area, it costs $0.20/min.

Unless you're on a plan that doesn't have local calling areas, in which case it doesn't matter. I think it was stupid for WIND to implement this at all. It just complicates billing and confuses customers.
