I'm on the fence too, I emailed them about it. Got a call back few days later, was on the phone with the rep for 45 minutes, she was trying to see if it's my phone that's having issue or the tower itself. Have limit out that it's not the user side problem, she told me she's going to get the team to look into the matter. So I'm just waiting a bit more to decide if I'm gonna jump ship or not.

When I leave Mobi it will be back to one of the big 3 for me, Wind's CS sucks. Judging from the number of complaints in the Wind forum, moving from Mobi to them would be like jumping out of the frying pan & into the fire
