AT&T Avail Issuses

I have recently started having problems with my Avail when playing games or using the video camera. While playing any game I have downloaded, the game will pause and take me to the menu where I can either resume the game or go to the settings. I resume the game and a few seconds later it will do it again. I resume it again and it will take about a minute to a minute and a half before doing it again. When using the video camera it will only let me record between 21 and 35 seconds at a time. Does anyone know what may be causing this. I've had my phone for about 5 months and have never had any problems until about 3 days ago. Please help if possible. Thanks!!

I think your mobile is infected by a malware. Have you downloaded some apps recently? Android malware are on the rise (Android malware count raised by 61 percent within three months). Try uninstalling apps one by one and check which one is causing the problem. If this doesn't help, download some antivirus apps from Google Play. If everything fails, backup your data and do a factory reset.
