tmobile shut off my service and took my 34 dollars 2 days early

my amount of time to put on another 10 on was supposed to be the 15th.At midnight on the 15th they had already stolen my money[or took it away]on august 12 2012 .3 days early, just want everyone to be aware they lie .You can't trust them, always refill 3 days early or you''ll lose what you have.i tried to email them ,get them online all to no avail. They have lost a customer, not that they care.

Did you try calling customer care? I've had only good experiences with the prepaid customer service when I've called- I usually get someone in India, and they're friendly, polite, and totally able to override whatever wrong thing has happened.

Why did you wait for the last minute??? I blame you and not T-Mobile. I have been using T-Mo for over 7 years and never had a problem. Take responsibility and blame yourself.

Don't let the scoundrels get away with it. It's theft, plain and simple theft. Contact the proper authorities and initiate an investigation as soon as possible.
You have to nip that behaviour in the bud or there is no telling what else they will steal from you and other unsuspecting subscribers...

Operating without a contract makes you far more valuable.

So they agreed to credit you the money? Perhaps the rep on the phone just didn't process the credit correctly or something. The point is that they are willing to make it right. Call back and let them know you have not yet receive the credit.

It was tmobiles web site,i still have the email confirming my payments, quite legit all the way,i got tired of calling them.I am the type of person who believes one should do what they say they will the first,or at the least the second time they say it.I just don't have the stomach to battle it out ,if some one or company doesn't do what they say they will,i quit doing business with them,to me it just isn't worth it.

rather then have a credit just have them turn the account back on. sometimes the auto payments do get screwed a simple call to a cs fixes it. screaming and accusing them of theft does not resolve the issue. if money was sent to them they have a record and being they did offer a credit they saw the mistake just call back. and 15 minutes on a credit i never herd of that normally it takes a few days to go threw.

Great response. Some people are just too stupid to think of a simple remedy. It's easier to blame everyone for their screw up.

You should know, as that is what you are doing.I had said nothing about it for months ,yet here you are ragging about something that is none of your business,Why ?You owe me an explaination for bawling me out for nothing. What is your problem?Do you work for Tmobile ? That is the only thing that makes sense.Just butt out of things that don't concern you, don't be so mean.
