can not get MMS on infuse 4g

Just got a Samsung Infuse 4g and my MMS only works from other people with H2O Wireless not sure why and H2O Wireless can`t fix this. when people send me a Picture it says downloading and it never works ?? Is anyone else having this problem ?? Sent my wife a pic this morning and it took 5 HOURS for her to get the picture. And her data speed is at 0.15 download ?? and H2O has no answer for this any help would be great

Did you dowload the settings from the h2o app? Usually works pretty good

Well it seems that I have another problem I sold the Infuse 4g and got another atrix 2 and now my DATA is not working. And yes I downloaded the H2O config App and the 4g indicator and bars are WHITE and when they are Blue I have data. It`s been white off and on all day frustrating to say the least. Thinking about selling my Atrix 2 and going T-Mobile and use there 4G monthly plan. If anyone can figure this out let me know I have done a factory reset twice on this phone and still the same results

Well I have decided to do a wipe/data factory data reset and see if this helps
