I've been having this problem with my LG Prime since earlier this week and I'm not sure if it is either the phone or AT&T beginning to slowly kill off EDGE coverage since I heard news earlier in the week that it would be offed by 2017. Since Monday, I haven't been able to get any kind of data connection for my phone whenever I try to either use the phone's built-in browser or the latest version of Opera Mini I got for it just last week. I am still able to send and receive calls and text messages without issue, but can't get any kind of connection for data use. I tried resetting the phone to factory default twice and I'm still getting the same problem with data. Can anyone help me with a solution or have any information that could help me? I would appreciate the help.
check your data coverage in the area you live (call 611 or check online )/ watch the gprs when you try to transfer data if nothing is achieved; check your apn or internet profile on your phone ;those are all the diagnostics you can check outside of that it may be time for a new phone .
