Samsung Entro SPH-M350 'Silence All" Problem

The phone is stuck with "Silence all" on the screen at all times.
It's not usable and I cannot make any calls, answer calls or send text messages.
The menus also are not accessible as I thought about trying to do a standard or hard reset.

I have tried using the volume button to cycle out of'Silence All", then "Vibrate All" shows but it automatically goes back to and stays on "Silence All".

I even tried holding the FN-# key and the * key to see if it comes out it but it does not.

I have also tried removing the battery several times but it does not help.
anyone have any ideas of how I can get it out of this mode or is the phone toast?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Update. I solved the issue myself. Disassembled the phone down to the circuit board, reassembled and it now works. I guess something was sticking inside, but in any case I'm very happy now. Hope this will help someone else in the future.
