Need help with motorola razr v9m

I had a older razr (v3m) You could download a sound on it and move it to ringtones if you wanted.

The v9m has a place to download sounds, but when you click on options there is no option to set

as ringtone like the v3m. Does anyone know how to set a sound as a ringtone on the v9m.
