Looking for grandfathered plan

I may be interested in letting mine go, but I need someone to take the one line with unlimited and two dumb phone lines.
Verizon has shut some towers here down that we're alltel and my coverage has suffered, Verizon says they don't plan to improve things here.
I live in a county of a little over 10,000 people, guess there's not enough revenue here.

Yeah I'm talking about the PREPAID 450 plain that has grandfathered unlimited 3G data.

The beauty of that vzw 450 plan ( mine is only a back up when I travel and my AT&T iPhone doesn't work). I can add 100 to it and it will take the 75 out of that for the month. The 100 will give the line a 1 yr exp date. So I use it for the month then it reverts to 45 cent a min plan until I need it again with in the next yr I just need to get the balance to 75. Then it will reactivate on the 450 ul plan. I use a google voice app for texting so I don't pay extra for texts. If I need it for 2 different months during the year I will usually add the 100 card to reset the year.
It will immediately deduct the 75. And start a 30 day cycle then revert to the low use plan until I use it again. Which. Is probably why folks don't want to give it up. I don't abuse the data when I use it. But when I need it I really need it. I have the droid 2 and with foxfi. It teathers easily without rooting.

Curious, as I have been out of the loop for a while on Verizon and Verizon Prepaid: What are the characteristics of this "grandfathered" plan? Data, minutes, cost, etc.,

I searched, but I cannot find detailed description of what comes with a PREPAID VZW grandfathered plan.

Grandfathered plans had unlimited 3G evdo data . You had to buy a voice pack of 450, 900 or unlimited minutes and had the option of adding messaging/texting . Data was mandatory. The cheapest option was 74.99 for 450 anytime, unlimited night/weekend/m2m minutes and 3G data. Now the only smartphone option on Verizon prepaid is 1gb. Nobody offers unlimited high speed data anymore unless theres a catch (hidden cap or throttle).
