    I'm not sure if I am "charged" for it, but a minute is reduced from my remaining time balance.

    I'd call that a charge. It would reduce your monthly bucket of minutes from 250 to 220 on "The 12" Plan. Sounds like a bug in Page Plus' billing system. If you go over you plan minutes you should ask for a refund of the first 30 overage minutes charged.

    I just want the calls to stop (hopefully, they are now). Looks like a good way for PP to make money: charging for time used when the phone was powered off on an incoming call from a robot machine and no voice mail was left!

    But it CAN'T be the same. The person in the other thread DIDN'T get charged for a call. aja8888 IS getting charged for the call.

    aja8888, I still think you should call or chat with PPC to see if you can get somebody there to fix the problem. You are not supposed to be charged for calls that are not connected to your phone.

    Thanks Boz1, I'll give them a call soon as I do have a few other questions about the service (I have to ask them to turn on MMS too).

    Unfortunately, MMS isn't a separate feature that can be turned on or off. However, MMS requires cellular data to send or receive. What issue are you having with MMS?
