Verizon smartphone on ebay - Touchscreen & slider keyboard wanted

I would like a new phone as my replacement HTC Incredible has had tons of issues. I have the wonderful, cheap unlimited data plan from Verizon, so even though I'm eligible for an upgrade, I don't want to take it and lose my plan.

I'd like to spend under $200 on ebay for a smartphone (doesn't have to be the latest model). I want a touchscreen and preferably a slider keyboard because I've had so many issues with the touch keyboard on my Incredible. I guess if the touch keyboards are great on another phone, the slider isn't a big deal.

A quick search on cnet reviews has given me options like Motorola Droid, Samsung Rogue, LG EnV Touch or EnV2, etc. But I have no idea if those are any good or worth buying.

You are kind of all over the place here with what type of phone you want. Do you want to stay with a smartphone, or go with a regular phone? Some of the phones you listed are "dumb" phones.

The Motorola Devour is another choice, but that is kind of an old phone already, so I don't know how many upgrades can be done to the OS.
