Would the International Motorola Droid RAZR work on T-Mobile. I mean if it will connect to Tmobiles 4g network and not 2g.

It also will be locked from connecting to US carriers. You have to do some customy stuff to it. A friend did this with his Bionic and borrowed my SIM. It worked, but was somewhat fiddly to keep it connected. Apparently the RAZR is harder to do than the Bionic.
I doubt it would ever get 4G though, but should get 3G. I don't think it is HSPA+?
There are two versions of the RAZR, the CDMA/GSM XT912 offered by Verizon, and the GSM only XT910 offered in other countries. Since the OP specified the international version, I'm assuming they mean the XT910. There's no domestic carrier block on it.
IDK about the Razr but they probably found a way like with the Droid 3 to flash something to make GSM work. I use my D3 on T-Mobile. The sad part is no Verizon Motorola phones have 1700 MHz so we can't get 4G.![]()
Greetings
I think I have the same interest as the OP, and I do have the XT 910. Presently on a voice-only prepaid sim, wondering what will work if I want to change to monthly w/data.
Check XDA. I don't know if they got the 910 hacked for GSM in the US yet.
