Hi,

I have the $40.00 Holiday Miracle Plan which costs me $40.00 + $5.20 for tax. My total is always $45.20. When I want to send a text message when roaming it always says "Cannot send message" Is this because I don't have the appropriate funds to backup the charge?

I think it's the fact I'm pay before and if my bill is $40.00/month and I only put $40.00 in and it costs $0.15 to send a text message they can't charge me when there are no funds in the account.

That's one of the points of pay before, so they don't charge you for roaming after, you have to put funds on your account.
