Thread: Can't call out, can receive calls, and also send txts - not sure what is happening

    Can't call out, can receive calls, and also send txts - not sure what is happening

    For some reason, I am having trouble calling out from my phone. Account is current, I have funds, I'm on the pay as I go plan (standard?). When I dial, I get the message "To access your account, please enter your four digit pin". I can still text out and receive calls coming in. Any ideas?

    Never mind, you can ignore my post. Something else going on by my end. It's just one phone number that I get that message. All others fine.
